HCBS Blog?

Just had an idea to blog about new HCBS rules and regulations in this state which may allow employees at HCBS agencies to possibly better understand why their agencies are implementing rules and why. May have to contact state agencies to see if persons of the public would be allowed to go to the ICN meetings.
